Return & Refund Policy – Indian Herbal Remedies

At Indian Herbal Remedies, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the postmarked delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet the following criteria:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact
    • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order number

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
    • Personalized or customized items
    • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
    • Items that show signs of use, wear, or tampering

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser’s account as mentioned in the purchase bill and refund request.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered only for items that are received in a defective or damaged condition.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with:
    • Order number and purchase details
    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged item
  • Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or exchange as per availability.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
  2. Provide your order details and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided, clearly mentioning the RMA number.
  4. Wait for confirmation of receipt and refund processing.
